Super Simple Sautéed Garlic Spinach

And when I say all, I mean the kids. Yes, the kids eat it. They eat this spinach recipe.

Super Simple Sautéed Garlic Spinach

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/12 lbs. baby spinach leaves
  • 2 tbs. olive oill
  • 6 garlic cloves, diced
  • Pinch of sea salt and pepper
  • 1 tbs. unsalted butter
  • Lemon

Directions:

  1. Rinse spinach well and dry it in a salad spinner, leave a little water on the leaves.
  2. In a large sauté pan, head olive oil and sauce the garlic for 1 minute. Careful not to burn the garlic.
  3. Add all the spinach, salt and pepper to the pan and toss it with oil and garlic, cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.
  4. Turn the heat up and cook the spinach for another minute, stirring constantly with a spoon until spinach is wilted.
  5. Top with butter and lemon, toss one last time and serve!
