There something wonderful about a good Garlic Spinach recipe.
With it’s fresh taste and silky texture, it’s a classic side dish that takes 6 minute to make AND it pleases all.
And when I say all, I mean the kids. Yes, the kids eat it. They eat this spinach recipe.

Super Simple Sautéed Garlic Spinach
Ingredients:
- 1 1/12 lbs. baby spinach leaves
- 2 tbs. olive oill
- 6 garlic cloves, diced
- Pinch of sea salt and pepper
- 1 tbs. unsalted butter
- Lemon
Directions:
- Rinse spinach well and dry it in a salad spinner, leave a little water on the leaves.
- In a large sauté pan, head olive oil and sauce the garlic for 1 minute. Careful not to burn the garlic.
- Add all the spinach, salt and pepper to the pan and toss it with oil and garlic, cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.
- Turn the heat up and cook the spinach for another minute, stirring constantly with a spoon until spinach is wilted.
- Top with butter and lemon, toss one last time and serve!
