This farm-to-table Baked Radish recipe celebrates and highlights this season’s bounty beautifully.
End of summer/beginning of fall in New Jersey means ripe tomatoes, sweet corn, radishes, Asian greens and apples. All of it is so delicious!

Baked Radishes with Lemon & Honey
Ingredients:
- 2 bunches fresh radishes
- 1 ½ tbs. olive oil
- ½ fresh lemon juiced
- 2 tbs. honey
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven 425
- Combine olive oil, lemon, honey, salt and pepper in a small bowl and whisk to combine.
- Remove green tops from radishes and then slice up the radishes. You want them about the same thickness.
- Combine radishes with the lemon-honey sauce.
- Bake 18-20 minutes, tossing once or twice during cooking.
- Serve immediately.
