Easy Crockpot Turkey Chili

This Classic Slow Cooker Turkey Chili is delicious, hearty, and simple to make. It’s packed plenty of flavor, this is an easy set it and forget it mean that the entire family will enjoy! Gluten free, dairy free, soy free.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbs. olive oil
  • 2 lbs. ground turkey ( you can use ground chicken or beef if you prefer)  
  • 1 yellow onion, diced 
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced 
  • ¾ cup chicken broth
  • 1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes 
  • 1 14.5 oz can tomato sauce 
  • 1 4 oz can diced green chiles
  • 3 tbs. chili powder
  • 1 tbs. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • A generous pinch of salt and pepper, more to taste 

Directions:

1. Add all of the ingredients to a crockpot and stir well to combine. 

2. Cook on high for 3-4 hours, or low for 7-8 hours.

Tips:

You can freeze this chili in an airtight container (just let it cool and leave a little room at the top of the container before freezing) for up to 4 months.
