Monday: Sweet Sausage with Red Potatoes

Tuesday: Classic Pot Roast ( optional: Salad)

Wednesday: Easy Tex Mex Chicken Chili Friday: Cuban Style Black Beans and Rice ( optinal salad)

Thursday: Butternut Squash Saute

Friday: 15 Minute Soup  (optional salad)
