December 2015 Weekly Meal Plan

My specialty is customized meal planning and preparation because I am passionate about healthy family dinners. I believe that with a little planning, cooking and eating from scratch is not only healthier but it’s also cheaper and EASY to do! Come join me in my meal planning adventures and cook up a yummy dinner for your family and friends tonight!

This week’s plan is full of my families favorites, especially the Chicken Alfredo Lasagna!   Simply print the grocery list, go shopping and start cooking!

Some of the best meal planning advice I give is to use home grocery delivery services in your area. That way, you can shop from home and have groceries delivered to your door!

I plan 4 nights worth of meals for my family and “wing” the rest depending on leftovers and kids activities. This week I’m making:

Monday: 3 Ingredient Steak with Cauliflower Puree

Tuesday: Crockpot Chicken Alfredo Lasagna with Cesar Salad

Wednesday: Roasted Butternut Squash Soup with Baguette

Friday: Skillet Chicken & Ravioli
