My kids and I can’t get enough of these simple, elegant, bites of deliciously roasted Heaven.
As I write this recipe up, it occurs to me that pretty much anywhere you would otherwise enjoy Brussels Sprouts, feel confident in making this substitute and impress all your dinner guests!

Crispy Sea Salt and Pepper Cabbage Steaks
Ingredients:
- 1 head cabbage , dark loose leaves removed
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbs. extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Slice the cabbage into 1/2 inch thick steaks
- Brush with oil on both sides and place onto cookie sheet.
- Season to taste with sea salt and black pepper, just (lightly) sprinkle it on top!
- Roast for 17-20 minutes or until caramelized.
- Serve hot or cold!
