I am studying Holistic Nutrition and have been helping families put healthy meals on their tables for 3 years. Not only am I always working to achieve my own personal best in the world of optimal health, I want to help you as well! There is no magic bullet, no powdered fake food supplement that will create true wellness from the inside out. It’s all about eating healthy, whole food!

My Food Coaching program covers the topics that are important to you: creating quick and healthy meals and snacks, conquering food boredom, smart food shopping and kitchen prep, attacking the “craving monster,” savvy restaurant choices, losing annoying “pudge,” and more.
I am responsive to your needs. I will support you in a way that works best for your budget and lifestyle. I am very flexible and am happy to communicate with you by e-mail and/or phone and/or text. My clients credit regular chats as an important tool for staying focused and accomplishing goals! (If you are local to my area, we can arrange to work together in person as well.)

What I loved most about Jen’s 12-week food plan program is how great her recipes taste and how easy they are to follow. By following her program daily and eating what she recommended, I found myself with consistent and increased energy and was never hungry. My kids (and husband) have been eating all of your dinner recipes and loving them… but when I saw the veggie casserole ingredients, I was afraid there might be a mutiny in the kitchen tonight. I was happily surprised. Both of my kids cleared their plates. I was also happy how many of the veggies I was able to utilize from my crop share…all locally grown stuff. Also, I was in Costco the other day and I can not tell you how many time I picked something up, that I had previously purchased to feed my kids, and then put it right back on the shelf. It’s really difficult to “go back” to the prepared foods after eating so many of your healthy meals. You just feel better and have so much more energy. The best part was that my kids really enjoyed your Meal Diva meals too. Vegetables moved from being a side dish to being a main component of the meal. I love to cook! My husband and I cook together, sometimes I am the sous chef (I am faster), and now that we have children we encourage them to chop up those veggies as well. I started taking a Bootcamp/cross fit class and was feeling energized, but wasn’t losing the baby weight. My trainer said you couldn’t out exercise a bad diet, but come on, I am cooking dinner from scratch! I was wrong, and it was just little things I needed to change. I agreed to do a 12-week lifestyle change. I lost 16 pounds and am now wearing the same jean size I did in early college! What I feed my family and what I have in my fridge and pantry is different.
