Enjoying meals together as a family is important and has many nutritional, social and psychological benefits. Studies show that children who eat with their families have a high intake of vegetables, fruit and other healthy, whole-foods. Family dinner is top priority in my house and I blog with the hopes of inspiring others to cook deliciously mouthwatering recipes for their families as well!
